The Position

The customer service representative reports to the Call Center Manager, and is responsible for, but not limited too:

  • Following schedule as assigned.
  • Answer inbound calls, respond to emails and text messages.
  • Using those channels of communication, fulfill client's needs which include booking an appointment, confirming a ride, checking payment information before billing, handling complaints with adequate attitude and professionalism, etc.
  • Collect data, enter information into a computer system, and schedule transportation appointments in a productive manner. according to the standards defined for the department.
  • Make outbound calls related to scheduled appointments.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy when booking appointments by following operational procedures.
  • Ensure high level customer services by following quality guidelines.
  • Meet performance levels determined by the company.
  • Work with the team, supervisor and other departments to ensure our clients have the best experience.
  • Keeping yourself up to date on procedures and standards
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Follow company policies and procedures

The Position Requires:

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
  • High school education
  • In office work setting
  • Long periods of time sitting down or standing up at working desk
  • Use of headsets for long periods of time
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, minimum 40 wpm
  • Level II background check clearance
