Now Hiring: Medical Transport Drivers & Stretcher Assistants (Non-Emergency)
We are a high-volume, fast-growing non-emergency medical transportation company serving elderly and disabled clients. All clients are medically stable and do not require medical care or monitoring during transport.
If you are reliable, professional, and interested in the medical field, we have two distinct roles available:
Position 1: Wheelchair Transport Driver (Independent Role)
Pay: $16–$18/hr + trip bonuses (average $2+ extra/hr)
Pay differential: $2 extra / hr after 7:00 PM on weekdays and all day Saturday & Sunday
Schedule: Full-time (hours based on daily trip volume; overtime opportunities available)
Role Overview:
This is a driver-focused, independent role transporting clients who can sit upright in a wheelchair. You will manage your own route and interact regularly with patients and facility staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients to/from medical appointments and discharges
- Assist with wheelchair loading, securement, and basic mobility support
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and facilities
- Follow all safety, PPE, and company protocols

Position 2: Stretcher Transport Assistant (2-Person Team Role)
Pay: $16–$18/hr + trip bonuses (average $2+ extra/hr)
Pay differential: $2 extra / hr after 7:00 PM on weekdays and all day Saturday & Sunday
Schedule: Full-time (hours based on daily trip volume; overtime opportunities available)
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on, physically demanding team role. You will work alongside a lead driver assisting with stretcher-bound clients who are in a weakened or higher-need condition (e.g., dialysis, hospice).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bed-to-stretcher transfers
- Help load, unload, and secure stretcher equipment
- Support safe patient handling and transport at all times
- Work closely with your driver partner, dispatch, and medical staff

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS (Apply to Either Role):
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (minimum 5 years) with clean record (Driver role)
- Pass Level II background check (American Healthcare Association standard) AND national OIG Exclusions check — NO exceptions
- Pass DOT physical and Fit-for-Duty test
- Ability to kneel, bend, lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional communication
Work Environment (Both Roles):
- Hospitals, dialysis centers, nursing homes, and private residences
- Direct interaction with patients and healthcare staff
- PPE provided and required
